Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was Laurie and Bronson’s last day with us before they hit the road back to SC. We usually go to Morgan and Jenn’s ward when everyone is in town so this time we went to ours. It was fun having everybody there! The girls all went to nursery together and we adorable as always. Kendal and Matt were in the wrong church building for like 30 minutes before they realized, HA! But they found us eventually. After church we put the kids to bed and met back up at Morgan and Jenn’s for dinner. While we finished the last dinner preparations, the boys set out some eggs for the kids to hunt for in the yard. They seemed to like it. Then we ate. And boy did we eat! Yum. Seriously, Easter dinner is one of the best! We had a huge ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, creamed corn, rolls, frog eyed salad, and a delicious mandarin orange cake to top it off, made by Jenn! Yum, I want that food right now! After dinner, the boys cleaned up while the girls headed on a walk to the park close by their house. The boys met us there a few minutes after we arrived. We played at the park for about an hour. It was a lot of fun. After the park we headed back to put the girls to bed and then watched the Because of Him video. I love that video. What a great message. Then we spent the rest of the night just talking and hanging out. I love nights like that. Then of course, came the goodbyes. I hate goodbyes. I hate going back to real life after vacation. It stinks. Everything is so quiet and boring. But all good things must come to an end, right? But man, what an amazing week it was!

On the hunt!
The best picture we could get of them. It's hard to photograph 3 toddlers at the same time...
Auntie Kendal got each of the girls some awesome sunglasses. So cute.
