Daddy's Girl

Elliott is quite the daddy's girl these days. She just can't seem to get enough of Josh's hugs and kisses. They are the cutest and make me the happiest. I really am so blessed to have not only the sweetest little girl on the planet, but an amazing husband who loves her as much as I do. I hope she's a daddy's girl forever.

WA Trip 2/2

The rest of our trip in WA was full of more fun. Elliott loved spending time with her cousins and she especially loved her Uncle John (my brother). Whenever we went to their house, she ran to him and asked him to pick her up. So sweet.
Hi Five!
On Friday me, my mom, Elliott and Kristin took a trip to Leavenworth, WA. It's an adorable little tourist town that is all styled after Germany. It was a lot of fun. And close to Wenatchee. And what's in Wenatchee? Cafe Rio. Yep. Amazing!
McDonalds is even German!
Trying on silly hats at the hat shop
Ridiculous.
Elliott was too cute in the shops!
New Girl anyone? Sweet beach hat.
A beautiful shot on the way there.
I also had the chance to spend a whole morning with Alyson. We went and got pedicures (Nathan and his mom babysat!) and then went to (yet another great new restaurant in Richland) Frost Me Sweet! It was seriously so yummy. And this was my desert. Kill me now.
Another amazing dinner at Fat Olive.
While I was home I also got the chance to see my good friend Cherrie from church and high school and her (3!!!) sweet babies. Kimber is 2, Kennedy is 1 and her brand new Landon is just a couple weeks old. Her kiddos are adorable and the girls were so sweet playing together. And let's just say, holding that sweet little newborn just about made my ovaries explode! Too much?
Needless to say, I'm ready for another. :)
The morning we left, Alyson and Nathan came to say bye. I miss those two like crazy.
And Elliott really likes Nathan.
Our flight home wasn't too bad at all. We had a tail wind pushing us towards Utah so the flight was only an hour. And I sat next to a darling BYU student who was more than happy to hold Elliott and play with her. Thank goodness for nice people! When Elliott saw Josh for the first time, she started flapping her arms and yelling "Dada, dada!!" It seriously made me want to cry. She missed him.

I miss my mom and brother (and family) like crazy already and can't wait to see them all again! We had a great time.

WA trip 1/2

Like I mentioned before, I left for Washington on the 26th with Elliott in tow. Josh stayed behind to work. It was a long trip to be away from him, but we stayed busy and had a lot of fun, so it went fast and wasn't too bad. Plus, with lots of FaceTime, it helped us feel closer.
On the way to WA. She didn't like when I buckled her.
Lazy drinker.
I spent New Years with Alyson, Nathan and Kevin at Alyson's place. It was so fun to see her. She moved from Utah to WA a few months ago and I miss her terribly. But I got my fill while I was there, so hopefully that will last me until I see her again.
We ate cazookies, chips and salsa, drank mini Martinellis and played games. It was a great night. And my mom babysat so I was kid free! Woo.
Playing games.
My mom only has a shower at her house so we used this tub to give Elliott baths during the trip. She loved it.

I always have to go to my favorite restaurants while I'm in town and that includes Casa Mia. Yum. Elliott was being so cute all through lunch.
Look at all those teeth!
While I was up there I also discovered a ton of new restaurants that were amazing! I can't wait to take Josh to all of them. One of the best was FIRE. It's a new pizza place in Kennewick. I went with Alyson and Nathan. It was awesome.
Look at that pizza! Thai chicken! Yum.

I also went to see the Senske lights with Kristin and Elliott after a delicious meal at Olive Garden. That was a great night.

The day I got into town we got together with my brother and his family for Christmas dinner and presents. John's girls got dress up clothes so we put them on Elliott. She looked so cute!

And that's a wrap. At least for the first half of the trip.

Titus Family Photos

If you remember back a few weeks to our big Titus Thanksmas celebration in Midway, UT and I mentioned that we took family photos...well, here they are! Finally. We didn't want to post any until after the New Year since some families were sending out Christmas cards with them on. But I am so happy with how they turned out!
* Huge shoutout to Clark Goldsberry for taking them and doing so amazing! *

And here is our Christmas card for those of you who didn't already see it. Designed by me. :)
