Hike to the Y

I was going through all the photos on my phone (trying to make enough space for the new iOS update) and realized that in all the excitement of having Elliott, I skipped some fun stuff!

While my mom was here I mentioned that we walked around the whole city trying to get me into labor. Part of that included hiking the Y. For those of you not from around here, the hike to the Y on the mountain is pretty steep and pretty intense (especially for a pregnant woman past her due date). My mom, Alyson and I hiked up there thinking we probably wouldn't do the whole thing. Well, we did. And it only took us about an hour and a half. Really not bad considering the first time I did it, it took an hour and I wasn't pregnant. Well, try as we might, even this hike didn't put me into labor. Oh well, she came eventually.
