Praxis

A couple of Saturday's ago I took the Praxis II test. I can't remember if I blogged about taking it. Either way...it's done and over now. I took the computer version, so I got my score right away (thank goodness, because I don't think I could wait for 4-6 weeks for my results). Well, I passed. I was so happy to just have passed. It was expensive, long and just all around awful. So after I saw my score I just didn't think any more about it...until yesterday when I got this in the mail...

My first thought..."Oh that was nice, a cute envelope and a little certificate that says I passed..." I promptly hung the certificate on the fridge and went back to what I was doing. 


I didn't read the enclosed letter until an hour later and it was then that I found out that not everyone gets this cute envelope and certificate...apparently I did pretty well. 


I scored in the top 15% of all people who have taken the Praxis II test. Woohoo! I was so excited (I may have even called my mom to tell her). Basically it will just go on all my records, but hey, it can't hurt right?! :)

I don't usually use my blog to brag about myself...but I was just excited and wanted to share!


P.S. Only 5 days of school left. Then...it's spring break/spring cleaning before finals week! I can't wait!!
