A tag blanket has been on my list of "to-make"s for some time and I finally got around to it! A trip to JoAnns on Monday left me with some adorable fabric and ribbons for a great price. The baby girl flannel I found was half off ($1.16 for 1/3 of a yard) and I used a 50% off coupon for the minky ($2.50). I picked ribbons that came by the yard and just got 1/8 of a yard of each (between $.12 and $.22 each). Grand total: $5.67. Yay!
I found a bunch of tutorials online and picked parts of each that I liked to make it. I'm so happy with how it turned out. And Elliott loves it. She chews on those tags like it's nobody's business.
I used ribbons of white, yellow, pink and silver. I think it turned out really fun!
How are the tags holding up so far?
