Moab Again...

Last month we had the chance to go to Moab, again! We love Moab. It's such a beautiful part of Utah. I love getting the chance to drive down there and camp. This trip was originally planned by Josh as a boy's trip. He went down there just a few months before with the boy scouts and biked Slick Rock. He loved it so much and couldn't wait to go back and do it with his friends. At one point 6 guys were going. But when the guys talked about their trip the wives got jealous and decided that we wanted to make it a big couples campout! As time went on, a few couples dropped out and Kendal joined us so it ended up being us, Morgan, Jenn, Amanda (a co-worker), her husband Tyler and Kendal. Even though the group ended up being way smaller than originally planned, we had a ton of fun! 


We only spent one night down there but we made the most of it. We found a really great campsite, set up camp, ate dinner, and sat around the campfire most the night just talking. In the morning the boys set out bright and early to do their biking. The girls cleaned up most of camp and then headed on our little day trip to Arches. We didn't do any of the bigger hikes (with me and Jenn being pregnant) but we saw some beautiful arches. Besides the insane wind that day, the weather was gorgeous. We took so many pictures, just you wait! 


We headed back to camp, met up with the boys, ate lunch, packed up camp, did some exploring around the other campsites, walked up and down main street downtown and then hit a local diner, Moab Diner. It was so delicious. It was such a fun trip with such fun people! I can't wait til we can go back down there again!
