Since Elliott turned a month old a couple days ago I thought I would post a few of the things she's been doing lately.
She loves to use her little neck muscles. She has actually been lifting her head and looking around since day 1, believe it or not, but she is getting better everyday.
She loves to sit up. When she's upset, if you lay her down or try to hold her like a baby she usually gets mad. She wants to be sitting up in your arms. We bought her a Bumbo yesterday and she can actually do it. She just sits in there looking around. It's adorable and she likes it!
Just 2 days ago she started smiling at us. Before then we caught some sleep smiles but she'll smile at us when we smile at her now. Not all the time yet, but its becoming more and more.
Elliott loves music. When she's fussy we just put on the Disney channel on Pandora and she loves it! It calms her right down.
She has also gotten really good at tracking with her eyes. She loves making eye contact with us and watching us walk around.
And lastly, she is getting very vocal. She has always been able to cry (quite loud) but now she is cooing at us and making sound when she yawns. It's completely adorable!
She is growing up so fast!
I am all caught up! I better check in more often now! All of your pictures are so cute. She is just perfect. I can't wait to skype and see her in person. Thanks for talking again today. I loved it!
