Baby ________

Alright, alright. I know a couple of posts ago I said I was anxious for our 20 week ultrasound. Well, credit to Elizabeth from my ward for commenting about never waiting that long. She put this idea in my head that I should go sooner. I called the Dr's office yesterday and got an appt. for today! I had such a hard time falling asleep last night and today felt so long! But, we had an ultrasound! Our appt. was for 4pm but when we got there the receptionist told us she didn't have an appt. for me today and that it was for next Wednesday. The lady who I talked to yesterday told me the wrong day! But, since it was just a gender check (15 min. ultrasound) and since it is so greatly anticipated they squeezed us in at 5:45! Thank the heavens. I don't think I could have waited another week.

This last picture cracks me up. She would not sit still for a second. She was the wiggliest baby I have ever seen! When the ultrasound tech was trying to take a picture of the foot our little girl was kicking all over the place. This was the least blurry picture she could get! I was so happy to see her moving around so much. Now, if only I could feel her! Soon enough!

And since I have such a great husband, he took video!

So there you go. We are having a little girl! As soon as we left the dr's office, I broke into tears. I couldn't help it. I was just so stinking excited. Little girls are so fun to dress up! :) It feels so much more real now that we know what we're having. I love being able to call the baby a she! Hooray for little girls!
