Crochet

When my mom was here we saw this adorable crocheted flower at Roberts. There was a free pattern and I have been wanting to make one for some time...so we bought some yarn, a crocheting needle(?)  and picked up the pattern. Keep in mind that neither my mom or me knew how to crochet. We practiced a bunch, and my mom taught me the basic chain stitch. We made something that looked similar to the example at Roberts, but not exact. After my mom left I watched probably a dozen youtube tutorials, learned all the different crochet stitches and have made a couple of headbands since! I'm pretty proud of myself!

Pretty dang cute, if I do say so myself! I can't wait to wear these in the winter!
