A few weeks ago we added a new member to the family; the grill. Josh has been wanting a nice grill for a looong time and so we finally had the money to buy it. We got this guy at Home Depot. And it just happened to be on sale when we went to pick it up. Awesome. It's small, as you will see, but it's the perfect size for us. In the couple weeks since we bought it we have grilled out 4 times.
The day after we bought the grill we did a BBQ with Karen and the kids with plain old burgers and dogs. We figured for the first run we'd do something simple. They turned out great. The weekend after that was the fourth and we did 2 BBQs. One with our friends where we did cabernet burgers with rosemary foccocia buns and then the second day with Joe, Karen and the kids we did lemon honey chicken kabobs.
Tonight we did pizza. Yep, we grilled pizza. It was awesome. It was a mozzarella, chicken, spinach, tomato, garlic pizza. Beautiful and delicious.

He's an infrared grill which means no direct flame on the food. That makes for faster, hotter cooking that penetrates all the way through without burning the outside. So far, everything has been delicious!
Unfortunately, we didn't get pictures of the first three meals on the grill. But I got some good ones of the pizza!
