House Before & After's

I thought since we've been in our house almost 6 months, it was probably time to take some after pictures! Our house is not done, not even close, but we have made a ton of progress and I thought I should probably document it along the way. I'll make note of what changes we're looking forward to in some of the pictures as well.
Upstairs hall bathroom. Was a dark yellow/orange color. Now light gray. New light fixture (old one not pictured), new hardware, shower curtain and rug.

Laundry room. New paint color, removed curtains/hardware.

Upstairs landing view. Was yellow, now gray.
Landing looking toward stairs/master bedroom. New (to us) ottomans.

Master bathroom. Was dark green, now gray. New light fixture, decor.

Master bedroom. Was dark green, now gray.

Girl's room. Was brown and yellow.
Now light blue.
Living room. Painted, light fixture replaced.
Hallway.
Added shiplap and collage wall.
(I'll do an entire post for this wall, because, well, it deserves it's own post)
Family room. Painted gray and blue.
We have plans to build a mud room (but not an actual room..) in that corner.
Family room. Painted gray and blue.

Dining room. Painted, chandelier replaced, added header and width to room separation then framed out and cased the opening.

Kitchen. Painted. Replaced warped window sill, painted cabinets two-tone (white and dovetail gray). Add hardware to cabinets.

Close up of our new living room (entry) light fixture

Front door, new mat and wreath (made by me).

Additional changes include replaced baseboards throughout the downstairs.

Josh also built us a beautiful fence! I don't have any great before pictures, but here's one of the girls when it snows earlier in the year.

Planned changes:

Replace the hand rail and spindles on the stairs. The hand rail will be gray and the spindles will be cast iron.

Remodel downstairs 1/2 bath. We plan on replacing the sink with a vanity, putting in a bowl sink, new faucet and new hardware. The plan for the walls is 5ft shiplap and either blue or gray on the top half.

Put up crown moulding throughout the downstairs.

Creating a mud room/space in the family room where you enter from the garage.

Changing paint color on front door and shutters.

Landscaping in front yard.
