Mindy Gledhill & Meaghan Smith

I'm on Mindy Gledhill's emailing list because I love her music and her most recent email said that she was playing in Provo. I put it in my calendar and decided I must be there. The best part? The concert was free! It's a series of concerts that they are doing here in Provo called the Rooftop Concert Series as it's on the top of a parking terrace downtown. It was a great night.


Since the two main artists were girls Josh opted out and I went with Kendal. It was a lot of fun. There were way more people there than I had expected. But, who's to blame them? It was Mindy and Meaghan [I use their first names as if I know them, ha]. Well, the both had absolutely beautiful voices. I was so impressed with their performances. The girl that is putting the concert series on just happens to be this lady. Yep, this girl's sister. Only my most favorite blogger. She was a hoot. She was so adorable and is pregnant! :) I love pregnant bellies. Mindy went on first and played so many of my favorite songs. 


Unfortunately, I only had my iphone [smart thinking on my end, i know]. But, the pictures aren't...horrible...? Well, maybe, but it's the best I could do.

Here is Meaghan Smith. She was completely adorable. I wish you could see her better. And her guitarist...her husband. So stinking cute. If she doesn't sound familiar, maybe this song will jog your memory. 

                                                     

Yep, she did a cover song on the 500 days of summer soundtrack! :) 

Overall, it was a beautiful night with lots of great music! 

[this song was about an ex-boyfriend who went to jail then broke out of jail and showed up on her doorstep that night. It was hilarious]
